Designed by SOM New York with GF & Partners as the Architect-of-Record, this building is a jewel located in the most luxurious business address in Metro Manila. Facade lighting design was a challenge due to the project aiming for LEED platinum certification. But due to the complex facade design, we had the opportunity to integrate uplighting to illuminate the vertical fins in between the two-glass facade. Single color LED projector lights were used and controlled individually by DMX to do slow and subtle animation fitting for the location.

The interior lobby core takes inspiration from the facade’s serrated design but done in stone. In contrast to the facade, the lighting design here shows a strong vertical linear wash. For the general lighting, small recessed linear downlights are provided to complement the ceiling design. From the outside, the lobby stands out like a precious jewel.
